Technology plays an important role in supporting teaching, learning, communication, and the daily operations of Nadaburg Unified School District. Our Information Technology Department works to provide students and staff with reliable, secure, and meaningful access to the technology they need to be successful.

Safety & Security First

The safety and security of our students, staff, systems, and information is our highest priority.

The District works continuously to protect student and staff information, maintain secure networks and systems, and provide a safe digital learning environment. Our IT team supports the technology infrastructure across the district while helping staff and students develop responsible technology practices.

Technology Access for Students

We believe technology should be available when it enhances learning and helps prepare students for their future.

Grades 3–12: 1:1 technology is available for students.
Grades K–2: Students have access to technology to support age-appropriate learning experiences.
Interactive Classrooms: Classrooms are equipped with Newline interactive displays to enhance instruction, collaboration, and student engagement.
Connected Campuses: District schools are supported by wired and wireless network infrastructure designed to meet instructional and operational needs.

Technology That Supports Learning

Technology skills are most meaningful when students learn to apply them within authentic experiences. Rather than separating technology into a stand-alone class, we support schools and teachers in embedding appropriate technology skills throughout students' learning.

Our goal is for students to learn how to use technology to find and evaluate information, communicate effectively, collaborate with others, solve problems, create, and demonstrate their learning.

These experiences support the skills and characteristics identified in the Nadaburg Portrait of a Graduate and help prepare students for success in high school, college, careers, and an increasingly digital world.

Dedicated Support at Every School

Each Nadaburg school site has a dedicated IT Specialist who works directly with staff and school leadership.

Our IT Specialists do more than troubleshoot technology. They partner with schools to maintain reliable technology environments, support classroom technology, strengthen digital skills, and help staff identify effective ways to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
